Last updated: 28. February, 2022This privacy statement describes how Corax Capital collects, uses and processes personal data of visitors and customers of Corax Capital. All personal data is processed in accordance with Norwegian and EU law (GDPR) rules.
About Corax Capital
According to the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Eivind Nag is the data controller for the personal data processed by Corax Capital.
Personal data
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Access to Personal Data is limited to Corax Capital. We do not disclose information about our customers to other parties.
Corax Capital’s processing of personal data
When you contact us, we process information in order to answer questions and have dialogue about ongoing projects between them. We store information necessary to carry out assignments and respond to your inquiries.
Corax Capital is subject to the Archives Act and the Freedom of Information Act. I am therefore obliged to: store documentation and personal data in accordance with the Archives Act for a longer period than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed. Corax Capital is also obliged to provide access to documentation and personal data in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (i.e. disclosure of data protection information).
When does Corax Capital collect personal data?
We mainly process information that you have provided to us for one of these reasons: You have ordered our services or contacted us.
Archive and database
Corax Capital registers the name, phone number, e-mail address and other relevant information that is stated in inquiries in our archive and case management system.
Information contained in Corax Capital’s database is used solely as a basis for carrying out ordered assignments and answering inquiries.
Information security and data processing
Corax Capital uses a computer for electronic storage of documents. Information collected is stored on your local computer with a cloud backup.
Registration, storage and storage takes place in accordance with archival legislation.
Corax Capital does not collect or store sensitive information in its activities.
E-mail and phone
If you contact us by e-mail, we will save your inquiry, our response and your e-mail address.
Corax Capital uses e-mail and telephone as part of his daily work. Relevant information that emerges from phone calls and e-mail exchanges that take place as part of case processing is recorded. This information will be processed as described above. No other systematic registration of phone calls is made where the caller can be identified, except that the phone call remains in the employee’s list on the phone.
Corax Capital also uses e-mail in general dialogue with internal and external contacts. Sensitive personal data should not be sent by e-mail. Please note that regular e-mail is unencrypted. We therefore do not encourage you to send confidential, sensitive or other confidential information by e-mail.
Google Analytics
We collect unidentified information about visitors to corax.capital. Corax Capital takes out statistics from Google Analytics on the total number of people using Corax Capital’s website and how many of these are unique users. The information generated by such a cookie using the website in question, including the IP address, is sent to Google and stored on servers in the United States. Information received is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your rights:
You have the right, among other things, to demand access, demand rectification, and require deletion of your personal data unless it does not conflict with the Accounting and Bookkeeping Act.
